Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Chile in 2007.
Master in Labor Law and Social Security from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2016-2018) and Diploma in Labor Law, Procedural Reform and Litigation from Universidad Diego Portales (2013).
She has developed her labor practice in recognized law firms and as in-house counsel for companies. She has extensive experience in all areas of labor law, including advice on individual and collective labor law, immigration law, audits, collective bargaining and litigation of highly complex cases.
She began her professional career at Estudio Chait, Susacasa&Cía (2012-2013). Subsequently, she worked as an associate at Carey&Allende Law Firm (2013-2014) and then at Vermehren y Cía. law firm (2014-2019).
Between 2019 and 2021 she was in charge of the Legal Management as in-house lawyer of Issi Group.
She is currently in the process of validating her law degree at the University of the Balearic Islands, Spain.

He has concentrated his professional practice for more than 15 years in labor law, immigration and social security matters. He has extensive experience in strategic advice, auditing, labor litigation, administrative disputes, violation of fundamental rights, anti-union and unfair practices, claims for occupational diseases and work accidents, among others.
He also has extensive experience in advising on collective bargaining processes, social security law, immigration law (visas and work permits for foreign personnel), work accidents and internal labor counseling.
He began his career as an associate lawyer at Uribe, Hübner & Canales between 2009-2018, and subsequently worked as a senior lawyer in the labor area of Garrigues, between 2018-2022.
